Named after the 5th oldest Roman Catholic parish in Toronto, St. Patrick Street runs between Queen Street and Elm Street parallel to University Avenue. St. Patrick Subway Station was subsequently named after St Patrick Avenue although it actually empties out onto Dundas Street. Photograph by JD Photography LLC
The fountains on University Avenue on the north side of the Queen Street intersection. The statue features three bronze figures at the base, with another at the top of a granite column. It is a war memorial designed by Walter Seymour Allward and is dedicated to those who fought in the Boer War.
