Robert Munsch
Robert Munsch is known by children everywhere. He is one of the most successful and interesting Canadian children's authors, so I was surprised to discover that he was not born Canadian.
He currently has about 35 books in print. My children's favourite was 'Something Good'.
Munsch's books have the amazing ability to mesmerize children and adults alike.

After much coaxing, he wrote his first book 'Mud Puddle', he became a Canadian Citizen around this time.
His 1st U.S. best seller was 'Love You Forever' and became a best seller with zero publicity
He has gotten story ideas from visiting families and staying with them.
He currently writes an average of 2 books a year.
