Welcome to the
Canadiana Connection!

The purpose of this site is two-fold.

Initially, we began this site to allow us to connect with other Canadians that have chosen to live the "American Dream". We were curious about Canadians who moved here, their reasons, motives, and what they were homesick for. Since then, we have discovered that there are Canadians located all over the world who are experiencing the same homesickness for Canada with an excitement and appreciation for their new country.

Secondly, it is meant to educate us about Canada in a fun and informal way.

How this site works...

The content changes on a regular basis. As it changes, the previous information is moved into the archives. Canadiana Connection is a continually growing site! You can check the site map to get an overview of the contents or scroll down to the very bottom of most pages. If you would like to be aware of that information as it is released - sign up for updates!

For the record, we love living in the USA and hope to stay here indefinitely; there are just some Canadian things we are homesick for....friends, family, an abundance of lakes, President's Choice products, HP Sauce, Tetley Tea, Swiss Chalet, Shreddies.....

for Canuck Quips, Trivia EH?, and updates...
