Choosing the Correct Wine Glass Video

June 22, 2009 By Pat Williams

Video 1 from the FoVA Wine Tasting Event at the Niagara Falls Hilton

The Forum on Virtual Assistance held in Niagara Falls June 3-7, 2009, offered a special evening wine tasting event for conference attendees. Lauren Pibworth of Pibworth Professional Services, provided an evening full of informative wine trivia and education.

Lauren explains why choosing the right glass is important in this first of several videos taken during that event.

Lauren provided some wine glass literature for the wine tasting event. choosing-wine-glasses

Lauren Pibworth is a Virtual Assistant specializing in business facilitation and marketing for Speakers, Trainers and other Road Warriors. She draws on eight years of successful business management in the Ontario wine industry with more than 10 years in the financial and advertising industries to build a strong VA brand that is growing at an exponential rate. As a way to help her clients succeed, Lauren has established a series of strategic partnerships with the media and video production companies, as well as with a team of writers and graphic and web designers. The result is a business focused on helping her clients manage their customer’s perceptions, and be seen as the business of their dreams, even while she helps them create and manage it.

A regular speaker and session leader at Industry functions, Lauren also offers her more local clients the benefit of her experience in the wine industry and leads formal (and sometimes not so formal) wine tastings for their corporate functions. Although she has not worked in the industry for several years and is no longer an accredited sommelier, Lauren’s passion for the Ontario wine industry has not diminished and she shares her insights and strong product knowledge with a casual delivery that allows participants of all levels to learn and enjoy the art of flavor matching without the pretense.
