  • Hello City’ refers to Halifax, Nova Scotia
  • Brian Wilson did his own version of ‘Brian Wilson’.
  • Sean Lennon took a copy of ‘Be My Yoko Ono’ back to his mother, Yoko
  • ‘The Old Apartment’ refers to buying a house on the Danforth. The Danforth is a street in Toronto. The video was directed by another Canadian, Jason Priestly (Beverly Hills 90210)
  • ‘Enid’ was a waitress in a restaurant….the band thought it was funny that Enid backwards spelled dine
  • Americans have no idea what I am talking about when I refer to Kraft Dinner. It’s just called Macaroni & Cheese. Concert fans throw Kraft Dinner on stage during ‘If I Had a $1,000,000’ ~ but hold the boxes ~ they’re painful!
  • Theme song for the television show Big Bang Theory is sung by the Barenaked Ladies
