Canuck Quotes: Justin Trudeau

April 16, 2013 By Rob Neilly

Invoking his father’s iconic phrase, when the latter was about to invoke the War Measures Act some 40 years earlier, Justin was asked during a plane trip whether he felt he could beat incumbent Prime Minister Stephen Harper in the next federal election. Trudeau’s response:

“Just watch me.”

On education, and investing in Canadians, Justin stated:

“We know that seven out of ten of Canada’s future new jobs will require post-secondary education. A Liberal Party led by me would make it the highest national economic priority to raise our post-secondary education rate to 70% of Canadians.”

In December of 2012, Trudeau, speaking at the Reviving the Islamic Spirit Convention, said this about sharing opportunities:

“a country can be great not in spite of its diversity, but because of its diversity. When people come together to create opportunities for one another, the dreams we hold in common will crowd out the fears that would divide us.”

What’s it like to be a Middle Class Canadian? Trudeau knows, as the community he’s served since 2008 is just that. On the subject, he stated in 2012:

“The people whose common values bind this country together have been left out long enough.”

Of politics he once said

“The essential ingredient of politics is timing.”

At one point in a not-so-humble take on his awesome personal attraction he stated that in every relationship he’s been in

“I’ve overwhelmed the girl. They just can’t handle all the love.”

Perhaps as a precursor (premonition) of what’s yet to come in this dynamic politician’s future, he said this:

“Be ready when opportunity comes…Luck is the time when preparation and opportunity meet.”

Canada is an awesome country. If you are in a war, run to our country and we can help you. We already received about 2500 people from Seri, while their country was getting attacked and take over. Why don’t you donate to those who are need when it comes donations and charity!!!!!
